Homeward Bound specializes in supporting individuals who experience developmental and physical disabilities including those who require sophisticated health care interventions.

Homeward Bound’s services include:

• ‘In Home’ support to individuals with disabilities living in their own home.
  
• ‘Long-Term’ residential placement for children and adults with disabilities in customized environments provided by Homeward Bound.
• ‘Respite’ care services that provide temporary accommodations and support to children and adults who live in a family home.
